MedEuroStore strives to provide quick and reliable delivery across Europe. Once the CUSTOMER places an order and we process it, we initiate the shipping process to the delivery address specified by the Customer, either on the same day or the following day.
Delivery is handled by either DHL Standard or DHL Express and typically takes between one and seven business days, depending on the Customer’s location. This timeline is an estimate and may vary due to factors such as seasonal demand.
The shipping cost is 20€ for orders under 1000€ and free for orders over 1000€. Products requiring specialized thermal containers are shipped appropriately to maintain their quality.
MedEuroStore is not liable for any product damage resulting from the Customer’s failure to collect the product at the estimated delivery time or for delays caused by the delivery service.
